Terms & Conditions for WeVoi
At WeVoi, we take child protection very seriously. You are reading this because a young person (The terms ‘child’ or ‘children used below describe any person under the age of 18) would like permission to create a video footage they are submitting for WeVoi competition or you are over 18 and reading the information here for yourself. You verify that you have read the complete participation guidelines posted at the WeVoi website. You confirm that the WeVoi submission is your / your child’s own original work and that it isn’t the work of anyone else. To do so would directly result in disqualification of your work. By submitting the video, you are solely responsible for its content and WeVoi bears no liability in its creation. You agree that the work submitted has no violence, profanity or direct attack on any individual or organization.
In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit photographs, videos or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents (or carers) and the child.
WeVoi will take all steps to ensure photographs and videos of the participants are used solely for the purposes they are intended for. Please be advised that WeVoi has the right to show the video to a public audience. If you become aware that these images are used inappropriately, please inform WeVoi immediately.
For the Entrant (>18)
By signing this consent form, you -the WeVoi competition entrant- agree to the following terms and rules:
I give permission for my videos and photographs to be used
- for display purposes, including public audiences.
- on online and hardcopy publications.
- on the WeVoi and other relevant websites.
- on the WeVoi’s social media platforms.
I allow WeVoi to securely store my photographs and video footage for future use*.
For the Parent/Carer of the Entrant (<18)
By signing this consent form, you -the parent (or carer) of the entrant- agree to the following terms and rules:
I give permission for my child’s videos and photographs to be used
- for display purposes, including public audiences.
- on online and hardcopy publications.
- on the WeVoi and other relevant websites.
- on the WeVoi’s social media platforms.
I allow WeVoi to securely store photographs and video footage of my child for future use*.
WeVoi Refund Policy
At Wevoi, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. The following outlines our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund: Participants are eligible to request a full refund of their registration fee before the application deadline.
Application Deadline: The application deadline is clearly specified for each event. Any refund requests must be submitted prior to this deadline to be considered.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, participants must fill out the designated refund request form available on our website. This form must be completed and submitted before the application deadline.
Processing Time: Once a refund request is received, it will be processed within a certain number of business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Non-Refundable After Deadline: Please note that after the application deadline, the registration fee becomes non-refundable under all circumstances. We encourage participants to be sure of their decision to participate before this date.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Wevoi and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
